New Rule

Only participate with one account.

It has come to my attention that there might be some players out there who want to maximize their profits by using multiple accounts to participate. Even without stating that rule before I think it should be clear that this kind of behavior is not appropriate, so consider this a warning. From now on, if anyone is spotted using multiple accounts to participate he will get a permanent ban on all his accounts for the Not-a-Lottery.
