Not really. I don't think too much when I'm curating, I just upvote stuff I think deserve my vote, even though it's not really big at the moment.

Yeah I guess the huge accounts can see a major difference between a 8% return and 14%.
Most accounts it doesnt really matter when you think about it.

I think this is a good move because it helps newer accounts get more upvotes ( hopefully ) for commenting .
