I don't think premiums are being given out for free lately. I haven't seen any giveaway for months.
Okay, then it does seem a bit odd losing 10%. Maybe not enough customer support/satisfaction for them to renew.
Now you have me intrigued and I will be watching numbers...
When there were giveaways, we were at about 250.
