How many of the local stores accept MiamiCoin (MIA)? Are the residents in Miami able to spend MiamiCoin (MIA)? Are there any real use cases?

None that I know of at this point. It is still early in the process. The key is going to be what use cases are developed for these different city coins.

No different than what we discuss about the other cryptocurrencies.
