I can see that especially with the women. Those who went through the education system, especially the upper level in the US, are spoiled and entitled.
In short, they are a pain in the ass for companies. How these people act on TikTok is how they are in the office.
And they wonder why they get fired.
Yea... they have little to no soft skills. I haven't worked directly with any of them yet but some friends have and they hate it. This weekend a friend of mine was telling me he had to fire a Gen Z kid after only 2 months because he just could not stand him
They are unbearable. Sad to see that is what the US exported. They are a lost generation.

More than likely. A lot of things going on. There is an old concept of power versus force. We are seeing a lot of force being pushed (tyranny). The power is starting to be exercised (best example might be Ghandi).
People are starting to wake up and remove themselves (and their eyes, money or whatever) from the equation.
I sure hope people can wake up! It is starting to become very bothersome to live around it. Hollywood is in full woke mind virus mode right now.
