Not easy because they are way too attached to their own vision, but I'll try to tear down the walls brick by brick.
It is not easy. But the more success you have, the more they might see the vision. It is a hard task to get others to see what is going on.
They will, but in their own time.

That's true. I believe the more they see how my life is changing, the more real it becomes to them. Good point.

Be sure to "advertise" it periodically and let them know how things are changing for you.
It will be important to show it over time.
