I appreciate that @tbnfl4sun.
However, it is something that takes a team (community?) to pull off. I can propose the ideas and do my best to set the tone but others have to join in. I tried to do it on Hive without much success.
On LEO, the results have been much better. Perhaps the fact that many of us are upvoting comments is also helping. Either way, it is great to see the engagement started to increase.
Let us do all we can to keep it up.

At some point in time at the chain named ... interaction was driven by users adopting the culture of voting for comments. Somehow this culture is binned at HIVE. Interestingly, when at HIVE I leave comments to posts of users who rarely comment, they usually respond to my comments, some with a simple and short comment, but others with valuable comments which keeps the conversation going. It all cost time, therefore being rewarded for (some of the) comments definitely helps to get people to spend the time. We for sure need engagements on posts, otherwise the value of posting becomes more and more the monetary rewards. THough the monetary rewards should not be the prime goal why to be part of a community like Leo, or HIVE for that matter.
