It appears the Medium is now locked down to #news2threads. This uses ChatGPT so I guess the bot is blocked. I wonder if anything can be done with Claude to get around it.

Hm hard to say. News2threads does a summary of the article, right? My guess is that medium has blocked the bot from scraping the article in the first place, not what it does with it after (i.e. summarizing it through chatgpt or claude). So I doubt it would make a difference, but it may be something I'm not getting.
Perhaps the hive/internet-archive will be a solution to this. It seems progress is being made
