Protests have roiled Minneapolis since the Jan. 7 shooting death of Renee Good, who was killed by an ICE agent after clipping him with her SUV while attempting to evade arrest.

Sosa-Celis was shot in the leg after he started viciously assaulting an ICE agent with a “shovel or broomstick,” and the fed fired a defensive shot after the two other men rushed out of a nearby apartment to join in the attack with a snow shovel and broom handle.
