Don't know if it's true but I read somewhere that the employees will be guaranteeed their jobs for six months. Sounds risky to me. Nothing good about doing what is essentially a hostile takeover and having to deal with people that literally wail and gnash teeth at the mention of your name.

I have no idea. I honestly didnt pay enough attention. As a private company, he will have the freedom to operate as he sees fit.
