Rivian launches smaller $1,400 camp kitchen, 5 years after initial demo
The Rivian camp kitchen attracted buzz from almost the moment it appeared as a prototype in 2019 at Overland Expo West.
The company launched Thursday a new reimagined and renamed — and importantly, smaller and cheaper — “travel kitchen” that retails for $1,400. And unlike its prototype predecessor, this one is available immediately. The travel kitchen and its related add-ons are part of Rivian’s broader push to establish itself as a brand aligned with outdoor enthusiasts — and make a little extra money in the process.
