I am amazed how many do not see the circular nature of all this. It is rather simple in my mind. But most fail to grasp it.

People need to understand that all this little steps matter's and even at times , they're more crucial than the bigger ones at times.
People ideology needs to change, they need to start embracing this initiative too .
