I like Christmas because you have time to rest, travel home and see those you have not seen for

4th of July. Hamburgers / Hotdogs / Sunshine and you can blow things up.

That is a good one.

The weather is warm for those who dont like the cold. Of course, here it is abysmal that time of year.

You have too much humidity.
We are a dry high desert / mountainous area so July 4th above 7000 feet is amazing.
For every 1000 feet you go up the temp drops 10 degrees.
So if in the cities it is 95+ you just go up 2000 feet into the mountains and it is 75+

10 min drive and you can escape the worst of the summer heat.
but you do have the Ocean. We are landlocked AF

We do have that. Becomes like an oven post afternoon thunderstorms.

We are surrounded by water. Makes it a bitch when the wind starts to blow.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas is the happiest holiday in our country.

That is terrific. It is great to have a time when all are emotionally uplifted.

Christmas for me, we have the best food in that holiday and you might get a nice present :)

All as long as i don't have to go to work or reply messages and email. Or get stock with my phone.

I like Durga puja festival! its a local yearly festival held around every october here in WB, India. :)

New Year's Day.
