Well I would say understanding is crucial.
Around 700 tokens per long-form summary, I just checked using a neat little web app. The transcripts of the shorts I post are around 125 tokens each.
With an average of 4 summaries + say 10 shorts a week, that's around 4k tokens a week from me. I guess that's my minimum

The easiest way is to consider a token a word. That isnt exact but it is enough of a framework.
To give you an idea, Llama3 was trained on 16 trillion tokens.
