I've been stackin and buying but when someone has a million and earns 9%+ on it it's pretty hard to combat it they will always be passivly building far faster than I can earn.
That is true....for one person. However, this is talking in the collective. Things can change when large numbers start adding to the pile. Get 5,000 people buying 100 per month and see how things change.
interesting part of Hive is that he has to share 50% of that with others by voting. so he is growing but everyone else is also growing. now will those other people want to stake.
Valid point, but that's where I see the 20% APR on HBD being a security risk really. Or the APR for simply powering up and holding is 3% APR. The curation return is rather low in comparison to those two things now.
i partly agree. HBD gives you 20% and you get ~ 12-13% with curation and 3% from powering up. Hive goes to 0.50$ and you got more from holding Hive than HBD? I never got deep into it, that is why i will never have millions :)
