The price of something like crypto only matters if you are buying or selling.
For example, do you care what the price of liver is at the store? If you are buying it, then you do. Of course, if you dont eat liver, it doesnt matter.
Why do people look to the markets as validation for their decisions?
most of the time because they were never going to hold the asset, they want to sell it, I buy Hive not to sell but to generate more Hive with it through direct monetization of content, one way or another I generate more Hive either upvoting or getting upvotes, same case with LEO
That is how the compounding works. It is a great way to get things heading in the direction of growth.
Add in time and you end up with a rate of return over time. This is the path of how wealth is generated.
That's true and that's why before we sell there is not profit and there is no loss.
The Price of $HIVE matters for the amount of HBD I get in posts payouts, (admittedly, that's only relevant because I take HBD out of the system from time to time,) so I care about the price!!
An interesting comparison, but the liver is a more complex thing in this case, which should be considered in conjunction with onions, carrots, cognac, or wine and spices :) !LOLZ
People could be concerned about the price of wine without carrying about the liver.
Boone's Farm comes to mind.
Quantity over quality.
If you mean a refined grape variety and wine as its derivative, then quality plays a significant role in this matter. Especially if we are talking about liver pate, in which wine or cognac will not be superfluous :)
