SF is doing everything wrong. Chicago's problem is mainly street crime. Los Angeles is like SF, but it's being picked up by surrounding areas. NYC is like CHI, but not as far gone.

A lot of biz leaving SF. That is the start of the downfall. Detroit say that happen and that set off a course of events that accelerated the decline.
I think SF is leading the race. We are going to see that city drop a few notches this decade (already has).
1--SF / 2--CHI / 3--L.A. / 4--NYC
