Not sure how much we truly need it but Maldives implementing a floating city.
We are truly in the age of experimentation.

If it works out then it would be amazing. People really can't complain about there not being enough space but I wonder if there are any precautions against people just throwing stuff in the air and having it fall with gravity on the places below.

I am not sure the point of this one either.
We are seeing a lot of land opening up with technology. We will likely see land used for farming and ranching mostly converted. Also, with the work from home thing taking on even bigger meaning, that will shift real estate.

I like crap like that too although there are some things that excite me more like those things that will really alter things on a monumental scale.
