The DAO bill passes the Wyoming Senate. It is now in the House.

This would give legal status to DAOs within the state. It will be a bit step forward in recognizing what is evolving.

Wyoming is one of the more aggressive states when it comes to blockchain and crypto regulation (in a positive way).

    Essentially giving legal status to the governance established by smart contracts.

      I think it's a good thing. Let's see how everything works out and we need a few people to pioneer the new digital age. Whether or not it succeeds, I think it shows people are more willing to accept crypto as part of the economy.
