I read this just couple of minutes ago but seems like the source for this information is not in high positions and only one of the news media ( business insider ) reported it . I say this is just another "good to get views" article with no content .

Anything that promotes the idea of stopping people from being involved in Crypto is trash.
Need full participation from all countries.

Yeah, especially if you consider countries like India where the younger population is the strength , crypto plays an important part.

I don't understand India. Why stand in the way of innovation? That's how opportunities are lost. They should embrace the innovation and recognize it isn't going away. Be a participant rather than obstructionist. It's going to be a hassle for their businesses to get market share later if the government decides to legalize it years later. A head start is a huge advantage for early adopter businesses.
