4 more 3D printed homes heading to market. I wrote about this a little while back.

It might take a while for people to embrace the idea of buying these homes. Like anything new, there might be trepidation. However, once people get over the fear of them, they will move like hot cakes.

Yea my cousin was super bullish on housing and he doubled down on getting houses during the lockdown. I wonder how exactly the re-pricing of land and houses will end up looking like. I have a feeling there are plenty of people, including those environmental advocates, who will use their full force to stop mainstream adoption. I wonder if their usual tactic of the building isn't environmentally safe will still stick in the big cities.

This form of construction is a lot more environmentally friendly that the traditional avenue.

But you are right, they will sue anyway.

They will sue since they are after the money. Environmental organizations want their achievements, competitors want to delay their opponents and labor unions want their expensive members to find work.

I think when they start printing the tiny homes they will have a greater chance of mass production. this has been a trend for a while. A lot of people would like to live without a mortgage these days.

The company that is doing these did 50 homes in southern Mexico that I believe were about 700 square feet. They were small but solid.

Yes the tiny home craze is real.

I would like to have one that is attached to a big barn, this way the barn can be a part of your house but the cost of living stays very low. It's funny how big they look inside.

Need the land first.

But overall it is a great idea.

Have the barn as space for all that you need it for.

I would definitely live in one of those!
