Maybe they have seen and heard what is going on in Wyoming. Wyoming is really trying to attract exchanges/miners/crypto merchants etc.

Wyoming would be an excellent place for Bitcoin mining and the mining of other cryptocurrencies. The miners just need to be careful-- extremely careful-- of tapping into geothermal energy sources there.
