No it will not be visible to others. The replies to the private threads are also encrypted. They are in the same container.
Other front ends cannot decrypt them.

Wow! super awesome then, love the encrypted stuff, some people have phobia about many things, sadly so let they don't see it :) But I am still not sure as I can not see my direct threads on other front ends but can see the replies on the encrypted threads from the people I subscribed to.
