This is serious, so should in case this goes in their favor they would be $26 million richer?
Good! Clawbacks are real. You see it in the lawsuits of ponzi schemes all the time. Which I'm hoping for as the cat somehow got caught up in a ponzi (non-crypto) and lost some $$$.
