I had a buddy in college, he got out and went to work for Morgan Stanley. He was living in Manhattan in a flat, $2K per month.

That was over 30 years ago.

So yes I can imagine. Seems Khal might need to move to a warmer area. It seems the temp goes up, prices go down...somewhat.
