I 100% agree, but regardless of it simply being for optics(the end result, not necessarily this person's intention), it's a necessary step.
It is but they will never give up the gravy train.
Until they are jail for corruption, given lengthy sentences, and having all their money striped from them, it will be lip service.
Corruption is always one of the major precursors to the downfall of a country. We see it all over the world with the EU leading the charge in my opinion.
100% and we are at the average age as a country for that downfall. It can't happen soon enough in my opinion. I truly mean that
Well downfalls are nasty so wishing for it isnt a great option. Things will get real nasty.
It will start with the EU and spread. The US will be later on the list but it will hit. Confidence in government is going to reach crisis level. That is when the real fireworks start.
Right?! The corruption is so endemic. It will never go away.
