Yes the RC is Hive level which when you use the Leo UI (or any other front end) will use the RCs.
I will delegate you some tonight so you dont have an issue. That way you can build the library of content like discussed without issue.

So I'm going to have to change my strategy here, as I was wanting to collect 10 HBD again to set aside for my next Premium subscription. But now I have to dedicate myself to increasing the RC. Again thank you very much! Today I will make playlists.
The RC are yours to use. Keep it as long as you need. I delegated the RC, not HP to you. I have more than I can ever use so no problem.
Focus upon your HBD.
