It made me understand better. I didn't know there are 30 teams in the MLB.

I hadn't analyzed this before, as it makes sense since when I go on YouTube there are a lot of their games.

Yes. 30 teams and each plays 162 games in a season.

Then there is the playoffs.

There are each of the 6 division winners plus 3 wild card teams.
