grew up in Chicago and listened to Styx hits in the 1970's while in high school. You couldn't live in Chicago without hearing lots of Styx on the radio such as WLS, WCFL and FM. Really good songs and good energy. And you can just feel the genuine kindness of these guys soul when they talk in this video with Dan Rather. Genuine Chicago Midwest values in their hearts. Wonderful guys, wonderful music. Unfortunate that things didn't work out better with Dennis DeYoung but Lawrence Gowan fits like a glove. If I could, I would treat all you guys to Portillo's Italian Beef or a Gino's East pizza. Thank you guys for all the wonderful tunes you've enriched our lives with!
