Depends on who you ask. I believe the US will benefit greatly when they can sell military equipment.
The Military Industrial Complex are part of the warmongers in my definition. I dont separate them. Those financially benefitting are just as guilty.
I dont blame the regular workers in the factories. They only do whatever is required of them.
