They are trying to distribute tokens based on purely proof of brain and nothing else. Only author and curation rewards.
It follows BTC type of halving itseems.

Ah okay. I havent followed it at all and am not using the tag so I dont have any of them.

It is another generic tag , you can use them in all of your posts . Many seem to be supporting it to see what would have happened to Hive if it was purely Proof of Brain .
