From France to Italy: A Culinary Adventure Through Corsica
Using the Rich History and Unique Recipes of Corsica as a Gateway from French to Italian Cuisine
My relationship with cooking is complex. While I like to buy local ingredients when possible, it's no secret that French cuisine is a particular passion of mine. More recently, I've developed an interest in Italian cuisine. And since French cheeses and Italian guanciale are not made locally in Canada, I have to make some exceptions.
I also want to start writing more about Italian cuisine, but where should I start? Since my relationship with cuisine is somewhat complex, I decided to write about food in a region with a complex history.
