The epitome of anti-trust behavior. This is awful for entertainment diversity. Not a fan of this merger, especially since the acquisition will result in a tripling of the debt on Netflix balance sheet. Well, I'm sure spirits around the Netflix studio compound here in Bushwick, Brooklyn will be high.
