1/🧵

Decentralization is something that is underappreciated at this point. We know most people do not care about this as evidenced by their flocking to social media and the banking system.

Sort:

2/ Bitcoin made history by solving the double spend problem without a centralized entity. In spite of many forks, none were able to rival the original.

3/ The same is true for Ethereum. It was forked numerous times yet nothing can rival it. The pick issue with that chain is the cost of transaction fees.

What is your take on the CSPR chain then? As far as I've gathered it could be better than Ethereum, probably better than the 3.0 that are coming to Ethereum at some point

5/ Hive is a fork itself yet it is one that surpassed the original. One of the main reason is the fact it is decentralized more than the first chain.

4/ Hive is one of the few blockchains that is decentralized, at least on a relative scale to the others out there. In this way, it is similar to BTC. Yet Hive is not the original.

people don’t even care about privacy at this point, we need that before decentralization
