I haven’t purchased any Hive in a long time. I earn it, so why should I buy it? Unless I am trying to boost my Hive Power. Yes, you need to purchase it to get started, but beyond that, earned crypto is sweeter than bought crypto, IMHO
2/ Hive has a fundamental use case: it is an access token. It is required to interact with the blockchain.

I would rather see more ACTIVE USERS on the platform that are going to bring value to the chain through quality content.
I agree active users with quality content is a good addition
Different people have different reasons but one is common I think that- $HIVE is undervalued at this price point
4/ Data is very valuable. Hive allows anyone to store text. Databases are growing in utility. This means that access is required.
5/ If we think about digital real estate, or bandwidth, we could see a flip in the demand equation.

we really need more apps on the blockchain if we expect people to buy the access token
