Hive Now Has More Opportunities Than We Have Resources

The numbers are growing. We are seeing more projects rolling out. This is giving each person on Hive options not seen before. What is one to do?

In this video I discuss how resources, both time and financial, are limited. Thus, the opportunities before us outweigh the capital we have. This is putting us in a position of having to decide what we concentrate upon.

It is definitely tough to keep up with everything. It's one of the reason why I like the cryptomanaic's podcast because I get a little bit of everyday that others might be involved in. However I do focus more or less on a few projects is for the best. I am busy enough with LEO so it's tough to find more time available.

LEO takes up a lot of my time obviously. For that reason, I keep adding to my position. It is one of the central pieces to my crypto future.

I've been noticing also how it is hard to stay in touch now with everything that is happening.

I hadn't thought about it as outgrowing time and financial resources, but that is a good way to see it. Nice one

You will quickly realize it if you try to invest in every opportunity that comes along on Hive. The temptation is there.

We must remain focused.

Definitely mate, their is alot of opportunities that comes with hive and honestly have seen how focused you are in the hive token development
I think investing more on the hive token is just a good idea

There is a lot available here. Not everything is going to work out. That is why focusing solely on one thing might be a mistake. However, we can quickly run into the situation where we spread ourselves too thin.

It's going to keep getting harder to shill new things, only the large earners can throw hive at everything. Even if it's a great idea and it has good people running it, nobody wants to leave one to grab another. I think the market will decide in the end but I hate seeing people waste their time supporting things that will not take off.

Now I will watch your video. lol

Even the large earners find it difficult. In fact, if you look at many of them, they are not tossing money at every project.

Instead, they remain committed to the few things that are working for them.

This may be a problem for new projects gaining ground, I guess the market will decide.

We don't have to do everything, but we do need to do some things--and do them consistently and well. !BEER

That is very true also. Just sitting around doing nothing never gets us anywhere.

Activity is the key to all production.

I totally agree with you. Everyone on the blockchain must be conscious to invest into the blockchain through supporting the proposal made by the blockchain. Time is one of the scares commodities we've in the blockchain because many are busy with work and other things that's best known to them. I think for the blockchain to grow we must make the two variables (mentioned by you) seriously available. Thanks

That is true in all of life. Time is limited. We each only have 24 hours in a day, no matter what our financial situation.

Spending that time wisely, or should I say investing that time wisely, is paramount.

Let me add setting our priorities a right is key to succeeding on the blockchain. Thanks for the reply.

BEERHey @taskmaster4450, here is a little bit of from @fiberfrau for you. Enjoy it!

Do you want to win SOME BEER together with your friends and draw the BEERKING.

I am teaching economics to high schoolers right now and I spent the first class on scarcity. Economics is the making of choices among competing uses for the same resource. If I knit for 2 hours, those 2 hours cannot also be sued for blogging. If I spend $10 on junk food, that $10 is no longer available to buy socks or pencils. I think they understand it now. Time is the most scarce resource of all, yet we often seem to regard it the least. Humans are strange creatures, aren't we?

Cool talk here
I really agree with you.
Having 3 communities/projects and committing to them is really key and the impact will be felt more than just pulling so many with little impact.
