I would say if you just even went over the last three years of his yearly letter to investors you'll find that quite interesting. I did an op quite a while back that highlighted stuff from his yearly letter and stuff from Black Rock website. Once you go over that stuff you'll get a better understand of why they say Black Rock rules the world, he likes to dictate a lot.
