It is. a great idea to incentivize those who make it, but I don't like the lottery. Better is to split the prize equally amounts the ones who are making it past the threshold.

We had a Christmas box this year for people who participated regularly in the club and there are also the Saver of the Year Awards. We were looking for something that was a bit more exciting and would encourage more people to keep going through the year.
