2/3🧵. The private sector alwsys remain a vulnerable to job seekers. There is no job safety and a person who keeps pace with organisational goals only able to survive. But in such race to top, they suffer a lot, both physically and mentally. It was not a life a person wish to. But the need to have a equilibrium at the work and mental peace is important.
