As of right now 1 ounce of gold is $1,781.46 USD and silver is $22.45 USD per ounce. Rounded to the closest ounce that makes 79 ounces of silver per ounce of gold
It’s crazy when you think of it, look how much bigger silver is VS gold and look how much silver it takes to come up with for just 1 ounce of gold
Recently silver and gold had a dip, might be time to make a purchase :)
I think I will look at and post about the gold/silver ratio once a week :D

I’ve played the gold to silver ratio once both ways. It’s a great way to increase your stack.
Not that long ago the ratio went over 100:1 and I was so tempted to one of my Gold Maple Leafs for 4 rolls of Silver Maple Leafs. I couldn't do it and in hindsight I should have.
It is sort of a blessing and a curse that we cannot instantly convert our physical gold to physical silver and vice versa. We are somewhat safe from compulsive behaviour but at the same time miss opportunities to grow both metals by trying to time the market.

Stack up those maples!. Can't go wrong with either metal, but yeah, silver should be more like 20-1 with gold!!
Keep a keen eye! Historically and relative to The dispersion in Earth’s crust we’re looking at 15:1 — it’s no wonder we’re all a bunch of silver stackers!

Hey @tipu that is really nice of you. I just have to click “delegate” in hive wallet under my Hive Power, and enter the address I want to delegate to if I’m not mistaken. I forgot that its hive power that gets delegated not liquid hive lol “Facepalm”.

Gold membership is 2500 HP delegation and get's a 100% vote (max 1 per day) when the post is about gold silver (use #silvergoldstackers) or other subject (use #sgslife) after a few gold silver posts.

So I just remembered when delegating its hive power not liquid hive that gets delegated lol. But still, no rush, as soon as I am eligible I would love to delegate the full 2,500 and get super motivated to jump further into the gold and silver space and share what I learn (and share pics of my stacks)

Nice it will probably take me 2-3 weeks anyways to liquid up 2,500 hive so no rush :) also, this will motivate me to post daily and think of good content, which I usually have trouble being consistent with, will be a great help :)
