now that it has been better explained it makes more sense! It's a really confusing question with many different answers, like most people ask in an area under construction. I think we will have very different opinions on spaces

I also got a bit confused, and then I understood. What I have to say about it is that it is valid to be able to build on web 3 and be at the same time interacting on web 2, both are well related in terms of community and building.
I believe we are in a transition process, so for a while it will be necessary for some projects to be on web2 even if they benefit more from web3
