RE: Valueplan The Numbers Payouts In August Part 1

in LeoFinance5 months ago (edited)

Raising awareness is always a good thing.

We are currently making a website for Valueplan in React with complete metrics. So, hopefully, you would not have to depend on your Excel sheets to gather data for much longer. Complete is defined as which users and countries have the most process planners. It denotes those working in their respective countries to raise awareness about Hive. Please note that I said awareness, not onboarding.

From my understanding, the objective of valueplan has always been to raise awareness. This basically means that any and every "event" planned out by the process planners is responsible for running operations or at least supporting ongoing operations.

Now, here's the important part: @guiltyparties is answerable for everything to the hive denizens, not the process planners/volunteers. I do not like that, but I can understand his perspective, as there aren't many willing process planners, and there is no sense in driving people off.

Now, is there some degree of inefficiency? Yes. But this is bound to happen when a few project managers manage God knows how many projects.

We need to help where we can, however we can, for the good of the hive. I hope the website being made will raise awareness and expose any inconsistencies.

That said, 150k USD is less significant than the daily volume. Unfortunately, other bad actors in the space contribute to the bad price. But I am more interested in making products that will being new people to hive, than pointing them out (as that literally does no value addition)

I don't agree that people that are funded have to hide behind the project managers when asked for comment. It seems @guiltyparties takes all the flack for this. Rather him than me. This way there is absolutely no responsibility by the project founders with large amounts of funding. If everything is correct and legitimate , and I was a person being funded , I would not only want to explain what the funds are for but I would be proud to do it. I think the project managers are being absolutely crucified by the way and I am wondering if they are not a wee bit miffed for being a shield defending some of these projects. They are definately miffed with me for posting the numbers but I would be going mad myself if I got a receipt in from my employees that was "colourful" and having to explain to my stakeholders why they spent money on such and such. I would tell them to explain it themselves. Why should I take the heat. You made your own bed so lie in it. I find it strange he doesn't do the same.

This is the hierarchy that GP has chosen to establish. He takes this and everything attached to it in a different seriousness than you or I would take.

I respect his dedication to it and following this feedback and awareness that you have given. I believe he will do what is best for all parties. I am holding him to that high of a standard. DO RIGHT BY EVERYONE. Not just the process planners or the numbers posters, or the naysayers.

Impossible to please everyone, but as I said I hold him to that standard.

I'm going to address this question in detail in the new proposal. They are basically not beneficiaries, they get nothing except a chance to support Hive through a project they're working hard on. The project managers are making the key decisions. I'm responsible for LATAM and I know every single project, how it did, what challenges it had, who the partners were, and so on, which is the bigger picture. It's also a matter of stress as many comments are just plain trolling for entertainment (thankfully none on this post yet). I've done this type of role for many years and while it's not easy, if its something I can do well I will contribute it.
