I agree, based on the population.
I was also thinking that if Tech makes the mass production, it would make the price of goods cheaper, so the little everyone gets would almost be sufficient. It's those who can create a means of entertainment would be the ones to break out of poverty.

There will always be those who just won't/can't take care of themselves no matter how much income or life-sustaining goods they are provided.
