Michael Saylor publishes Bitcoin and crypto framework for the US government

While I respect his Bitcoin conviction, the fact that he dismiss everything else makes me think if he can truly build a solid framework that considers the whole ecosystem, not just one player, no matter how dominant.

But hey, maybe he'd adjust based on his new position, who lnows.
