Just 2 weeks ago I wrote a post https://leofinance.io/@solarwarrior/btc-eth-if-this-bottom-holds-we-are-already-powering-up-for-the-next-big-upmove about the bottoming of BTC and ETH...
and now BTC just made a new all time high.
This whole development feels absolutely insane.. like a big high speed tsunami rolling over the coast line.
More and more traditional money flows into the crypto market..
What could actually stop the rise of BTC to 100k?
And if there is no stop how would we judge BTC @ 100k? Would we humbly say: enough is enough? BTC is now more worth than APL? Air is getting thin in the death zone? At least lets take some money off the table?
When will the next shout out cry for 150k? 250k?
At the same time friends are texting me showing off their stock and crypto portfolios.. incredibly those consist not only of all the current hot stuff.. no its even more leveraged by credit lines or derivative contracts...
Everybody has to be aware that playing this game with leverage means he is not only riding his surfboard down the face of the tsunami... but at the same time he juggles with three hand grenades... if you drop it will definitely be game over.
So while I am happy for you, for me, everybody that has exposure to the markets and definitely not want to stop the music playing... I urge you to look at your own personal financial risk and at least get rid of any leverage.. those markets can be cruel once they break over you...
as I said before... financial math says the following scenario and decision complex will loose you the same amount of money:
you owning 0.2 BTC and selling half (0.1) @ 60k. subsequently the price doubles again to 120k
vs. holding 0.2 BTC and it dives -50%..
it definitely feels very different at a real life basis weather you end up with 6k USD or 18k USD!
