Bro give some tips on waking up early
I'm struggling to wake up early.. kinda ruined my sleep routine in these winters holidays.
Even alarm ain't helping lol.

there is no secret 🤣 go to bed early, I know that if I go to bet at least at 12 I wake up at 7 no matter what, everything else after 12 is a gamble, but if I want to wake up at 5 I have to go to bed at least at 9, I know what you mean about the alarm not helping and its true, in the past I use to shut down the alrm and didnt even remember
for me is using loud alarms lol that is useful !
I'm there with you, it's been hard this week. My nights with migraine haven't help at all.
