I think when ever you are reporting a bug its helpful to add the following data

• mobile or desktop
• the browser you are using
• the authentication method (keychain, leoauth, etc)
• screenshot if possible

so it can be reproduce, you cant fix what is working so problems need to be reproduce so they can diagnose
