so someone unvoted the return proposal to get InLeo and Ecency funded but this just keeps SPL funded.

if you have not voted for the return proposal please vote for the return proposal and the InLeo proposal as a community we can keep InLeo funded and save ourselves the $410K that we are wasting on SPL.

    If leo.voter unvotes the sps proposal it would drop below the return proposal
