Hahahahahahahah this is like me with drawing and arts. Loved it, studied at the university, never drew again after graduation xD

I wonder how many people this happens to

I guess to a lot of people that turned their hobbies into their career.

Now I know I should have kept arts as a hobby and studied something related to technology or science... But I didn't know that at 16 when I had to decide

I always need artists.
We pay our pixel artists quite well.

I come from tech and pay artists. So both are good.

I like that I studied that, and I actually worked at an art gallery, organized some exhibitions, gave tours, I like that, but studying killed the fun.

I'm now learning tech on my own...

But I feel like I should have made tech my career and then learning art on my own... but by butterfly effect, I wouldn't have met the people I cherish now and probably wouldn't have met Hive, and wouldn't have done other things.

I do thing both can be together. Just like on web design. Knowing how to program a page doesn't mean you know how to make it attractive

pay for what? I know a lot of artists!

pixel artists that can work in aesprite and work in the style of our game.

Hahaha!!

lol damn

I’ve finally settled on the idea that your passion SHOULD be your work but only if you plan on developing it to the point where you are in high enough demand to work at your own pace and in your own style making or doing it the way you want.

I think I’m halfway there.
