no the community. the community could stop any of these proposals if they would upvote the return proposal and stop giving proxy power to some of the curation trails.
It would not take a lot more of the community to get things unfunded.
Just everyone wants to say, well i can't do anything.
the steem/hive split and the Justin attacks showed exactly how much power the community actually has.
Only 16% of all HP is voting for the return proposal. If we got that up a couple of percentage points so many things would be unfunded.

And they don't fully understand at all.
They vote whatever they are told in the comment section or through 0.0001 hive sent (message in memo)
That's how they get one vote and than it stays as it is..
Yea the community do have power if we unite.. Justin/steemit is a good example.. I'll do my part..
